- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been banking with Wells Fargo for almost 30 years and I've been to this branch three times in the last few years. They have to be about the worst WF branch around. For today's visit, I was making a simple deposit, which went fine. The difficulty was the wait for me and the other 12 guests was not just inordinately long, which happens, but the additional 3-4 WF employees walking around, laughing, and chatting (definitely not working) was very frustrating. Because of this and the previous two visits I am convinced that the cause is very poor local management, which simply does not care about their customers.By TQMDoctor, April 27, 2017
