- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Showed up via appointment but office was empty. Called customer service to verify my appointment. When they couldn't get a hold of the person who was supposed to meet with me, they hung up. When I finally got a hold of the person meeting me, they said I shouldn't have scheduled an appointment before 1pm. I didn't schedule anything, this time was given to me and this absent behavior is unacceptable.By Ray Salazar, January 21, 2017
