- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The staff at the Madera Bank of America are very friendly and helpful. My issue with this branch is the long wait times. Every time I have to go in to the branch I wait a minimum of 45 minutes. People in line are complaining the entire time so it's not just me that feels this is unacceptable. I do business with another bank in Madera and the wait time is maybe five minutes maximum. I wish Madera B of A would read these reviews and do something about this problem so that their customers feel appreciated.By Candy Lopez, November 08, 2016
