My husband & I spent about a week TRYING to get some info on a house for rent, but could not get anyone r Madera Management to respond to our e-mails or phone calls. As a result we lost the chance to rent it. In the mean time we are DESPARATELY still on the look. As a result of their not taking care of business as they should, I would be hard pressed to give then even a one (1) star rating that they have not earned!By Linda Kapin, February 15, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very unprofessional, quick to make a sale but not very friendly. They're one of those companies that have people move into a place with a lot of problems, never fix them, and then speculate on the problems after the people move out, when the same problems have been there through a long list of tenants. I don't recommend this management company, which is sad because some of their apartments are pretty cute.By A Google User, January 20, 2017
